Hello I have a 1994 “turbo diesel” so it’s not the power stroke. Just the factory “turbo diesel” and I was wondering how to turn up the fuel? Or turn up the oil pump? I’ve heard of people talking about this and it adds 25 horsepower somehow without cost?

Rust free from California,i was second owner here in Finland.
Had to sell it in lack of money..
