Greetings.
First forum site I have joined. Not sure if I am doing this correctly. Do not c a help here for newbees. I am in need of a part for my 1984 f250 diesel The part is the assembly that allows the driver to select the position of the transmission. (P R N D 1 2 ) Would like to know if anyone knows where I might be able to get this part. Thanks for any help.

Welcome. Use this website to search for a local salvage yard that has a 80-86 Bullnose truck.

You might even be able to get the gear shift lever off of a Dentside or Bricknose truck (1987/1988 without the E4OD). Good luck.
