Rear Drum Brake Compatibility

‘76 Hi-boy. Rear drums. I’m replacing the rear wheel brake cylinders and may also be replacing the shoes/pads. I have a front donor axle off a ‘74 Hi-boy which I bought specifically for the front diff. In looking at the shoes/pads on the donor they’re in noticeably better shape.

Question: are the shoes/pads off front drums compatible with the rear drums? ‘74 to ‘76? They look the same to me. And are they side-specific?

Easiest way to check something like that if by going to Rockauto and punching in the information like you're going to buy them. If the part numbers match, there's your answer.
