OT: UFO

So, apparently a UFO landed in Powell County, in a soybean field near Clay City.

I was headed to get some tacos a couple of nights ago and saw this:

I drove back the next day and saw this:

I'm thinking someone got bored.

Probably some Buckeyes trying to sneak into the Red River Gorge and hike.

I’ve seen old satellite tv dishes used to make goldfish ponds, fountains, a sand box, and even the roof for a tower on a kids swing set. But that is my first flying (or just sitting) saucer.

As a side note; I did enjoy watching the original “Lost In Space” as a kid.

Now that you mention it, it is actually sitting in the Red River flood plain. That tree-line behind it is the bank of the Red River.

It's on KY 15/11, near the east Clay City exit. The exit at the drag strip.
