4.6L starting and a/c problem
1999 F150 4.6L Triton V8. Engine will turn over but will not catch.
It takes about 4 or 5 times before it will crank. Does not do it all the time. Example: Drive it then turn it off, come back and crank it about 30 minutes later and it will not crank right off. Does not show a code.
A/C: It blows hot hear no matter what you put the settings on.
HELP

Hi ltlford and welcome to FTE 
Have you tried anything to fix it so far? How are the plugs? Fuel filter?
Does the check engine light on the dash flash when you turn it over it but it wont start? Does the theft light flash?
Does it run well when it finally starts or is it rough until it has ran a few minutes?

I had the spark plugs changed. Haven't changed the fuel filter. As far as the engine light or theft light I haven't paid any attention to either one of those if their flashing. After it cranks it takes it a few minutes before it runs smooth. It's a little rough. When i took it to have it looked at, of course it cranked up with no problems. I left it with the mechanic 2 days and he had no problems with it. It cranked every time. He said he ran a computer diag. on it, but didn't show anything. I picked it up and so far no problems. I'll take it back when it does it again. I just wanted to see if anyone else was having the same problem.
