V10 motor
I have a 1999 2 valve v10 in a motor home that threw a rod. Been looking for a replacement. I just found a v10 3 valve from a 2020 motor home. This one caught on fire but the motor seems to be in good shape. Can anyone help with information on wether or not the short blocks would be interchangable.

I would look for a later model 2 valve motor and swap the entire motor over, that way you get the benefit of more power from the PI (Performance Improved) heads and intake manifold. '00-'04 pickups, '00-'05 Excursions and '00-whenever in the Econoline vans (they kept the 2V all through production). And any '03 and up motor should have the increased thread count in the spark plug holes.
