And the original tail lights were all black no stainless steel bezel as you see on the reproductions. Im getting my bezels powder coated black to see how its gonna look. I just learned that from a knowledgeable friend. Also if their was a pair they both had the license plate lens at the bottom regardless of what side the tail light was on. So there was no solid one and then the other one with a lens for the plate. Interesting right?

Looks like the bumper was removed or not completely installed on that red truck as there are brackets out back..
The tail light mounting brackets are held by two captive nuts already in place. Find them on the tail gate pocket near the trailing edge of the rear fender - both DS and PS. The available space will limit the fastener size to 3/4 inch, as I recall.
