need help deciding
i have a 64 f750 and can’t decode it the vin reads f75ku564800

Can you take a picture of the tag, I can't seem to find a K-code engine anywhere near a '64 truck. And a picture of the truck. Maybe you're running on Bad information.

In 1964/65 the K engine code is 361 cubic inch V-8 with 2 barrel. FT engine. Built at the Louisville, KY truck plant.
I can decode the rest but no time right now.

thanks, that’s one thing i couldn’t figure out but i’m pretty sure this one had a single barrel.

Don't think they make a single barrel that big. And I've never seen a 1bbl on a ford v8 since they went OHV.

it might’ve been a 2 barrel then. it’s been about a year since i’ve had it. starter went out on it and traded it to my neighbor for a 79 f150.
