'91 FORD EXPLORER STANDARD

The transmission was just recently rebuilt and was wondering at what type of RPM's the truck should run @ around 70 mph? It currently runs @ about 3,000 rpm at 65-70 mph.

I have a 99 Sport w/4.0 pushrod engine and 5 speed manual transmission. I turn about 2K at 65 mph and about 2.7K at 80 mph.
