2001 Crew Cab Drivers Door Replacement with Keyless
I’m in the middle of a complete cab replacement on my 2001 7.3 Crew Cab. (Yes I need to check my sanity after this is done)
I picked up new front doors separate from the cab shell I’m using. The new drivers door has a keyless entry pad on the door, my 2001 Lariat did not have keyless entry. Is there a way to use the keyless entry on the new door if my vehicle didn’t have the keyless entry option. The previous owner simply cut all the wiring for the door at the hinge area of the door. I’m hoping to be able to use the keypad.
