GEM Module?
I have a 1999 F350 with a 7.3 in it. I’m having trouble getting the 4wd to work. No light on the dash, no power to the ESOF switch, no engagement or power at the transfer case motor. Relays have been replaced. I have narrowed it down to no power at fuses 15 & 20 which are labeled as GEM module. Where do I go from here? Any help would be appreciated, can’t find much online.

Chasing those down may lead you to what brd7666 described or it may lead you elsewhere. You will have to follow the data.
