Upfitter Switch wiring harness problem

I have a 2013 F-250, i bought the upfitter switch after market for my truck so the switches would be in the dash for the construction lights i need to install on my truck. I had previously read that the truck was pre-wired and the switches were just plug and play. now i find out that is not the case. I tried to order the wiring harness for my truck and the switches only to be told that the part is back ordered and there is a nationwide shortage on the part and has been for a year.

Any suggestion as to wiring up switches with out overloading my system? or will another year wiring harness work?
