Truck won’t start

Truck won’t start
I have a 2005 Ford F-250 I was driving home went over some railroad track and the truck shut off everything works but the front panel don’t turn on and when you try two start it it don’t do nothing check all the fusses and all are good can some one tell me what I need to do to fix it

Yes the cluster panel won’t come on but light radio a/c everything work but when I turn the key the cluster panel won’t turn on and the truck don’t turn but I check all the fuses and batteries is good if I use the cable that’s on the side and put it to the battery it turns but won’t start
