Vinyl Delete

Has anyone removed their vinyl flooring and replaced with molded carpet? If so how difficult was it, where did you get the flooring from and any pics? TIA

The carpet is available from Ford, standard black runs about 540.00. The installation is straightforward full lower interior gut including b and c pillars. Probably can be done in a weekend. I don't think anyone on here has done it, I had to order mine with the vinyl flooring.
