Theft Light Blinking

I had the transmission replaced and they had to replaced the main computer. Now my Theft lights blinks on the dash for the first 5 minutes of a trip. It is blinking a sequence, it's trying to tell me something.

Any ideas how to reset it.

Sounds like they used the wrong computer....
