Some one with a little more info than me on the years will be along but they are very wide and limit wheel choices unless they are narrowed .
For budget builds it appears as though the jag fronts are very popular .
What is the best years for an F100 swap? And is a Mark III the same, what years ?
Blake, please, please do a site search for Crown Victoria IFS on here, (and google) ... there is a lot of information on this and it is not that simple.
It can been done but IMO it is to wide, period.
Some of many threads that automatically came up but far from all:
To answer your question panther platforms from 2003-2011:Crown Victoria
Grand Marquis Marauder
Town Car
These all use a cradle that is easily bolted to the F-100 frame. (Some welding required)
Many feel the P71 (Police, Fleet & Taxis) is a bit better because they are equipped with a heavier-duty suspension and brakes than the "civilian" model of the Crown Victoria

As stated above, there really is no best year of CV suspension that fits into our model trucks. They are about 6" too wide so wheel and tire fitment is a problem. It has been done by people with extensive knowledge of car building and aluminum welding skills, modifying the crossmember, steering rack and control arms, mostly to prove others wrong, but that doesn't make it a viable option for most of us. There are better ones.
I don't know what a Mark III is, unless you're talking about the Lincoln made in the late 60's/early 70's. They are definitely not the same.
The Mark 8 shares the platform with the Thunderbird of the same era. It's unitized construction and has more in common with the Mustang. It is not full frame like the CV. It's a totally different animal.
Way to wide and lots of extra work and looks terrible done-- Go Must II then you know that is a perfect set-up and SAFE and proven- get them complete set- up NEW for only $ 1,500.00 to $ 1,700.00--
