1998 Ford Shuttle Bus conversion

I have a 1998 Ford E Super Duty shuttle bus built by StarTrans. I have begun taking the electrical wiring, installed by StarTrans, apart, and now the bus will not start. I'm hoping it is an interlock issue, but can't seem to trace the disconnected wires to any issue. I was hoping someone on here has an electrical schematic or information on the StarTrans conversions. I have contacted the company, but have yet to hear anything. Any help or direction on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Interlock?
