89 302 dies when cold-started
I have a remote start on my 89 van. In the morning when I start it from the house, the RPM's come up and then within 10 seconds it eventually slows and dies. The 2nd time I start it, it goes right to idle, but then slows and dies in about 5 seconds. The 3rd try it will usually stay running. When the idle starts to slow, the computer kicks it back up but sometimes it's just too late and it dies. Also, it's much worse when I do this in the summer months.
When I put it in gear, the idle speed is increased and unless its real hot out, it will stay running.
I'm guessing there's not a stop on the throttle body that I can adjust to raise the idle a little, or is there?
