Diesels Revenge - I have 35's (315/75/16) on my 02 PSD.
Installed the Tough Country spring leveling kit then added an 2 more short springs for an extra inch.
The tires did rub on the plastic fender inserts. To fix that I popped out the plastic inserts that hold them in place, pushed them back as far as they would go and screwed them from the bottom with self tapping screws. One other thing I did do that is probably not needed...after you move the plastic piece you will see a piece of body that it rests against. I cut this off to the first bolt, about an inch, to give me more room. No rubbing unless I hit really hard on a sharp turn (of course I'm going too fast).
If you don't want to move the plastic piece back then 33's are your best bet.
