Junkyard search website?

I've seen a couple of websites a thousand times that search parts available from junk/salvage yards, but of course now that i need them i can't find the links.

Searching for used 1965 F100 hood hinges.

Thanks

Some members here have had good success getting the hinges rebuilt, assuming that you still have the originals.

Who is repairing F100 hinges? I spoke to HoodHingeRepair.com and they are no longer doing ford hinges cause they take so long.

Thanks

If you haven’t done so already, I would suggest looking through previous threads. I did a quick search myself, and it seems that you are correct about Hoodhingereapair. Depending on the state of your hinges, there’s some diy tips on this site that may help, or maybe someone will offer up a set. Good luck.

FYI, I somehow got on a search website for a hood for my 64 F100. Within minutes I received two text messages offering to sell me hoods, along with car show photos of very nice parts. I called one and was immediately put off by the Pakistani accent and the promise of sending me an immaculate part from Virginia for less than $400.00, including shipping. Buyer beware!

Beware indeed. I was doing a Google image search for a Bendix radio and saw some of my own pics, which isn’t unusual as I’m on a few websites. I clicked one of the pics and found someone that was offering MY truck for sale.
