Stand by for a decode, but I can tell you three things:
Grill etc is '58
Engine code is 272 Y block, 2v carb.
You have widow maker wheels.
You probably have a 4 speed BW T98 transmission and could have a two speed rear axle.
If you are going to work it, the widow makers should go.

L = 272 2V Medium Duty.
8 = 1958.
U = Louisville KY Assembly Plant.
16070 = 1958 Numerical Sequence of Assembly, the trucks specific serial number.
130" Wheelbase.
R = Torch Red.
02M = Assembled December (M) 2, 1957.
F = Borg-Warner T-98 4 Speed Manual Transmission.
62 = Eaton model 13800 Two Speed Rear Axle / 6.33/8.81 / 15,000 lbs. Rear Axle Capacity.
17,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.
153 net HP @ 4,100 RPM

Depends on what you need. Most everything from bed forward bodywise is pickup. I have problems with my f350. LMC only lists 100 and 250. Have to guess if parts same.
