Stock Cab Height
Hi all,
Newbie to the forum. Have always been a truck guy. Back and forth between F-150s and Ram 2500s for the past 10 years. Currently have a F-150 (leasing now, won't be for the next one). Starting my shopping for the next one. I really like the F-150, so I am looking at a F-250/350. It would be a no brainer, but the main issue I am looking into is height.
My parking garage at work is height-restricted with inaccurately displayed height signs. I have about 6 inches of clearance above the cab on my F-150. Theoretically, the F-250/350 is 4 inches taller than mine per the manufacturers specs. But, I've also heard/seen comments elsewhere of these trucks having heights different than what is listed on spec sheets, more specifically if certain options packages are selected.
Has anyone measured their cab heights?
