it feels rotational, but i feel like weve touched on everything that spins. oem wheels/tires were actually worse than the 37s on oems. pinion angle looks spot on now with tapered blocks. the only thing we havent tried is removing the hubcentric spacers all together, as the studs are too short to try this. weve tried two sets of spacers and the vibration was identical. the truck doesnt wander or pull, just vibrates. starts at low speed and never really stops.
Are your hubs in the "Auto" position?
I know that you said that you tried different blocks but did you try the original blocks?
Did you drive this truck before the changes? You're sure the issue started after the lift?

they are in auto. we tried the oem 2019 blocks which are 3.25" flat, and the 4" tapered. vibration was unchanged. i did drive it for a few hundred miles prior, no issues.

they are definitely hub centric. both sets we tried are hub centric. i ran the same ones on my 2017 for ~80k miles with zero issues. theyve done 40-50 other trucks here in town with them issue free as well.
No. Gave up on trying to work with the shop that installed lift and tires. Took it to the dealer last week, they have a vibration analyzer that said tires out of balance. They road forced them again, said they're now perfect, but the vibration is only marginally better, if at all. It's going back in to them Monday. A positive though is that they have agreed something is not right.
Everything that's been done to this truck is exactly what my 2017 had, with the exception of this one having torsion sway bar. The 17 didnt have the slightest vibration at all, even at 100+.

Sorry to hear, but don't feel bad I still don't have Sirus Radio in my truck, it spent 3 weeks in the dealer and they replaced everything there and still not working. They ordered new antennas the only they did not replace and they are going to put them in on Tues of next week, I got the truck in Jan will be almost May if not May before I get my free Sirus radio!!
my truck had a cp4 failure just before it was due for service. dealer did a service on the motor during the rebuild, but did not rotate my tires. after ~10k miles front tires were worn very uneven. i replaced the worn ridge grapplers with less aggressive yokohama x-at this morning and vibration is still present. truck has 23k miles on it and has never quit vibrating. brand new tires and they have a similar "choppy" sound as the worn ones already.

Man you just cant catch a break. Sorry to hear about your experience. Maybe time to sell and start over?
“VIBRATION” on the internet is extremely hard for anyone else to diagnose.
Does the vibration frequency change every time the transmission shifts? If so, it is probably engine related.
Is it a high frequency vibration the just steadily increases as speed increases? If so, it will probably be drive train related.
Is it a low frequency vibration that increases as speed increases? If so, it is probably wheel / tire assembly related.
These may not be “written in stone” so to speak, but it gives someone a good place to start.
Best of luck.
