Cancelling Ford ESP
Due to market conditions, corona virus, 
, my company furloughed 3,500 people, including me 50% starting next week, with that being said I sold my truck this week and remembered I could cancel my ESP. I spent several hours on hold with different Ford customer service people and numbers before I found the correct information. Yes, you should be able to contact the selling dealer but the dealer i purchased my Ford ESP warranty from Champion Lincoln out of Brockton, MA went out of business last year...I am hoping the information below can save other people some time/frustration.
I'm interested to see how long it takes to get my refund.
Call Ford and Lincoln Protect Administration at 800-521-4144 and obtain a FLP Representative name to process your refund. Make sure you include their name in the subject line of the cancellation email.

- All requests should bear the name of the FLP Representative on the subject line to be considered a valid request
- Provide a short but clear description of the request\concern
- All documents requiring signatures, actual scanned copy of legal documents, or pictures of documents are encouraged to be sent as an attachment

I to bot an ESP from Champion Ford and can you believe Fords customer service is in the Philippines? There is no US operator available.

I saw that and it re-affirmed that I am glad I got laid off. Working at NB was the dumbest decision I made in my 11 year career with them.
Glad you were able to get the ESP canceled to get a partial refund.
