Typically the more experienced Modular Motor owners use Motorcraft COP's and the same brand in plugs. Denso COP's are a good alternative but too many have found the Accel stuff lower quality and prone to failure, far more so than the Motorcraft/Denso stuff. Same with plugs--Motorcraft all the way. Good news is today those parts can be found for very competitive pricing comparable to the cheaper stuff so IMHO its just as easy to go better if price the main deciding factor.
Depending on your skill/experience level, how well you're equipped tool-wise and how much patience you have changing plugs isn't technically challenging but getting to each coil and plug can be a challenge with all the stuff in the way. There should be more than a few how-to posts here concerning how to remove plugs from an engine your year and length of time they've been in the heads, someone here will have one of those threads saved I'm sure.
