If you need to replace your axle pivot bushings, it's easier than your think. This video is the shortest I've seen and very straight forward. With the right tools, you will have this job done in a couple of hours in your driveway (or street).
Nice tip. Of all the repairs generally needed on these trucks radius arm and I beam axle pivot bushings seem to be the most daunting tasks for peoppe that havent done them. Basically this is how I did mine a few years ago, but I did the radius arm at the same time. I've heard of guys doing it with just taking the I beam pivot off and nothing else.
