Fordpass scheduled start

Does anybody know if there is a way to extend this to 15 minutes? I have the timer set to 15 minutes in the truck settings but when I schedule a start on Fordpass, it only seems to run 5 minutes instead of 15.

You must set the timer on the truck settings first. Set it from 5 to 15 mins, the app should turn it on for the time set at the vehicle.

Then start it again using the remote and it can run half hour.
