Low IPR Reading???

Guys. So the nightmare that is the ICP has been rearing its ugly head since I thought I fixed it. Here is what I discovered and what I have done.

I decided to telocate my ICP sensor so I bought the Dfuser kit and moved it. Upon moving it I found that the connection was too short to be sustainable over a long period so I decided to extend the wiring and install a new pigtail (came with the kit). While installing the new wiring (I went all the way back into the main harness because I discovered that the wires had 2 splices in the and I didnt want to add a 3rd.

When I started removing the old connector I noticed that the heat shrink around the pigtail had some exposed copper and upon further inspection I found a small slice in all 3 wires down to the conductor (maybe this ruined my sensor?). So I extended the wiring and now when I start up the truck I notice something very odd. The below pic shows my IPR % at 16 while idling ... EOT was at 189 as well as ECT. Its also idling rough here and there, no code as of yet.

After watching a dieseltechron video on a bad ICP and he spoke about a low IPR value indicating a bad ICP. This ICP is new OEM 05+ model. Could it have been ruined by the bad wires? I also noticed the large plug on my FICM IS loose so I am going to zip tie it up. FICM is 47-48v and no indication its bad. Im at a loss and about sick of this mess, lol.

Any help is appreciated.

First thing you need to find out is the actual ICP voltages. Check it KOEO and idling.

Never mind the part about the voltage idling, saw you had that already. But can still use the voltage KOEO. Also the IPR % KOEO.

forgot to post this... KOEO

ICP Reads 50lbs due to it being the 05+ sensor.

The ICP pressure is fine, but more importantly the voltage and IPR% are in normal range.
