I've seen a couple of similar images to this. It is probably intentional, and known as the "Carolina Squat". It was (is?) a popular fad in some areas to lift only the front of the truck, and intentionally lower the rear. Why? I do not know...

I should have taken a shot of the whole toy hauler, I'm guessing it's a little more rear axle load than the designers had in mind....
