I've seen a couple of similar images to this. It is probably intentional, and known as the "Carolina Squat". It was (is?) a popular fad in some areas to lift only the front of the truck, and intentionally lower the rear. Why? I do not know...

Has to be a high quality California truck! Must handle like a dream! The color matched fog lights and air dam really say Autozone quality.

I should have taken a shot of the whole toy hauler, I'm guessing it's a little more rear axle load than the designers had in mind....

No those are everywhere down here. Prior to this version of the lean guys used to bolt railroad ties to rear of truck to induce the “look.”
