Steering Noise
Hi all,
So I have a 2WD 2000 Super Duty. When I am turning my wheel, I get a creaking/straining noise coming from the steering. The noise only happens when I am putting input into the wheel left of center. So from center to the lock turning left and then from lock to center it makes these noises. Anything right of center is fine, silent as a mouse. I did do some research, and I put the front end up on stands and then opened the power steering resevoir and went lock to lock about 30 times. But the noise persists. Anyone have an idea of what my problem could be? Thanks in advance. TB
