DTC Code 95
Howdy,
I scanned my '93 f250 7.5 manual 4x4 this afternoon and it came up with a few codes.
The first one was simple, it just said "CYL 8"
The second one said " DTC 41 HO2S Sensor Voltage Low/System Lean.
These both made sense to me because Im pretty sure the injector on the #8 cyl is dead. I received its replacement in the mail today and will do my best to get it in there tomorrow.
The last code I do not understand. It was "DTC 95 Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Fault" . Can anyone tell me what this means and/or what the fix is, please?

CYL 8 when flashed as part of the KOER tests, indicates the computer is designed for an 8 cylinder engine. It does not indicate an issue with Cylinder #8.
Code 95: Fuel pump secondary circuit failure. The EEC senses infinite resistance to ground from the fuel pump on the Fuel Pump Monitor circuit. This means the computer did not get the feedback it expected indicating the fuel pump circuit was energized when the fuel pump relay was commanded to turn on.
Are you sure your truck is displaying two digit codes? I would expect three digit, but seeing the truck is a manual transmission it may be two. Be aware there are two OR three digit codes. Starting ~1990 Ford started to transition from two digit to three digit codes. Some models/engines/transmission combinations remained two digit longer than others.

Thanks for clarifying you are getting two digit codes. Saves a lot of time chasing bogus codes.

When was Code 95 displayed? KOEO or CM or both?
KOEO= Key On Engine Off tests
CM=Continuous Memory (aka Stored Codes)
