Anybody run 18” wheels on their highboy? I’m planning to run 37x12.50r18’s on a 4” lift (in addition to how it came) on pro comp 1069 polished wheels. My thinking is, I could then swap tires if need be with my new ‘19 superduty. Anybody have this setup, or what do you think?
I don't have that exact setup, I'm a step smaller than what you're looking for. I'm running Pro Comp Alloys - Series 1069, 17x9 w/MasterCraft Courser MXT, 35x12.50 R17. Overall diameter is 34.76."
I don't think an 18" wheel is too common on these trucks.
These at least give you an idea of what it could look like.
Same wheels/tires on my stock height highboy:
Here's a 78/79 4x4 with 37 x 13.5 on 17x9 wheels with 6" lift (same as highboy 4")
great looking trucks guys. Thanks for taking the time to respond with pics. I really like those 1069 alloy wheels. 17's would be perfect, I think....but I like the thought of being able to swap tires with my new truck in a pinch, as these darn tires are so expensive!

Totally understandable on the desire to swap tires between vehicles. Hopefully someone will be able to chime in with a few pics of 37" tires on 18" wheels.
I'd like to try 37" on my truck but I have lots of treads left on the 35" so there are no new tires in my future any time soon. Plus I'd definitely have to put some type of running boards on and swap the speedo gear etc.
