Delete tune question

I have the SCT GTX tuner on my 2017 F250 6.7. I’m having trouble finding a tune to delete the Egr and dpf. I have run across a company called same day tuning.com that is selling EZ Lynk tuners with their own tunes. I tried searching in the forum and on google but can’t find anything from anyone using their tunes. After some research it sounds like a lot of people have been happy with GPD tunes, but they are not compatible with SCT tuners. If I have to, I’ll ditch the SCT and get an Ez Lynk. Looking for safe reliable tunes.

I didn’t have much luck with the search feature in the forum. Maybe it’s because I’m in my phone? Please feel free to redirect me to any relevant posts.

*This will strictly be for closed course off-road use. I’ll be putting the truck back completely stock before driving on the road.

GDP, Tyrant, and other delete tunes are still available (except for PPEI), they're just not being advertised anymore. Check with your local diesel shop, in person, and they should be able to hook you up.

Thanks for the advice. Are any of these tunes more reliable or safer than others? It also seems like the pricing varies greatly.....

Don't do it, your truck will run like crap and you'll never get those lights to shut off in your dash. I'm not a greeny, just talking to tuners, and they can't tune those out anymore, and most won't even touch those trucks who remove the parts themselves. The EPA is cracking down on all tuners. Emissions systems today flow waaaaaaay more than the engine will ever need, and with urea, manufactures can factory tune a diesel to be as dirty as it wants, and just have the urea system clean it up, don't be fooled, your truck will run really bad.

Tyrant has great reviews and feedback from everyone on here. It’s the way I’ll be going in the next couple months. All the reputable tunes should all be in the $1,000 - $1,299 with an EZLynk included.

I knew Dade and UGA would chime in here.

He may be a clown, I don't know. But I wouldn't do it unless I was completely out of factory warranty.
