DRW offset/inset backspacing

I’m looking to get a new set of wheels for my 18’ f350 drw. Truck has stock 5 hole aluminum wheels. I’ve been searching around about offset/inset and backspacing. I’m still a little confused about the dually numbers, so I’ll tell y’all what I want to achieve... I’m putting a 3.5” leveling kit on the truck. I want to run either 35x10.50, 35x11.50, or up to 37x11.50. If I can run any of the above sizes on stock wheels safely that would awesome.

I want ant to stay in the stock 17x6.5 wheel size range... or up to an 18x7.5/8”. I don’t want 20” or bigger.

can some people post their 17+ duallies with 35-37s and include wheels specs?

Up to 11” wide you will be fine on the stick 6.5” rims and also without the use of spacers.

The manufacturer spec on that tire is 11” wide did I tape it no but 10.50 will fit with no problem. I have had around 11,000 pounds on these and they still dont touch.

Ok. No need to get snippy. It was just a question.
what size are the tires?
My 18 with stock tires hardly had any gap.

265/70/17 and actually the shop I use for tires that told me these would fit even though I questioned the width. He has quit a few Ford guys that are putting 285 on these trucks.

10.4” width according to the tires size calculator. Just for reference to help people.
So we know this size works.

Depends on manufacture most are in the 10.4-10.8” range but there is a few that shows 11.0 though. My tire guy told me that Fords are the only duallys you can run the 265 on without spacers and even 285 as well but you cant pull with the 285 cause that will make them touch.

So I’m good running 35-37 x11 and pulling? When I’m traveling I am pulling 8k TT, propane bottles and tool chests in bed, + some other miscellaneous items in bed. I’m at about 1500lbs in bed when traveling and then towing

According to the manufacturer of my tires they are 11” wide and I have plenty of space. So you should be.

I do have another question. If I were to go to an aftermarket set of wheels would I need to get both F/R/ and inner wheels? Or would I just need the 2 front and 2 rear?

Im doing aftermarket right now unless you change sizes all you need is front and outer rear if you go with something other than the 17x6.5 then all 6
