Max Lift?

I was wondering if anyone knew the max lift i can have with stock valve springs? ihave a 1995 v8 5.0 302 single cab long bed?

my general rule of thumb is keep it under 1/2 in in a stock app, but a roller block might already have better springs? dont know if that extra on a .535 would make a dif or not., u start pushing it too far u might have piston to valve clearance issues, try the comp cams tech line, i was really happy with my cam, any more than that and you r talking something pretty wild to where springs are only the start of the list depending on your duration
