I did put the lock on it this afternoon.

I worry more about the house down the street. The elderly couple that owned it both died last Summer.

I was wondering how long before they become squatters in there.

The elderly couples son is a cop. LOL

Was talking to the neighbor who lives next door to the house where they are now. He said that he was going to call the owner of the house tonight. LOL

Guess that I need to get a hold of the home owners association. These homes are all single family dwellings with no rentals allowed.

That's good..

He may not know what is going on there as long as he gets his rent money
