If a pair of OEM boards have rotted out mounting studs, could the OEM (
better pair without rust) brackets be “welded” to the steel bottom plating that is remaining and then you wouldn’t need to fab in all new studs? If the boards and brackets were made a a single unit (welded together), they should still be able to be mounted? Picture shows the rotted studs.
