Not real well, sinjin. As a matter of fact I have already ripped my mudflaps off twice this month and have only gone to the edge of my hunting land. It's also so wide you really have to look out for the trees, rocks, embankments that you would otherwise never notice.
Now, as far as going, the duals can really deliver that extra grip when in a tight spot. I have pulled SRW trucks out shod with 35's and with 33's on my rig.
If there was a way to remove those delicate rear fenders and have "snap-on" mudflaps, then you could follow the crowd pretty well, as long as the way was open enough to get that CC through.
BTW - the mudflaps only get ripped of when backing up in deep mud, over stumps, tree trunks, rocks, etc. But when off-roading when will you NEVER have to back up and get another shot?
Extended cab, but still looooong. As far as the V10 goes - when I flip it down to 4LO all I have to do is wait on something to move - it's got the power But the gas mileage is nothing to brag about - maybe 12 on a good day normal driving. 12.5 on the open road. But I'm satisified with it. The V10 is much lighter than the PSD. I have actually had to backup and pull my son out of places after the weight bogged him down with his PSD and after I had gone through the exact same hole in 2WD. He has a 98 F250 HD 4WD with 35's and gets riled when I have to hook up to his Ranchhand
