Wondering if anyone has come up with a creative and clean install for multiple AC outlets in the back seat? Maybe something powered off an upfitter switch?
We have the front center jump seat, so no rear AC converter on the console. With 4-kids each person needs access to power at some point on long trips. I have an old converter I could wire up to a surge protector, but figured if someone else has some creative idea generating content, I would be all ears.
I took one of the 40-amp upfitter switch outputs to Anderson PowerPole connections in the back of the console, then a matching plug on a 300 watt true sine wave inverter in the back seat area. I plug it in for long trips for down the road charging.
