I wish I could find an Explorer for $35.00... I need a spare for parts...

Does she run and operate properly? Looks like you may have to drop a few dollars for glass, but if it runs well and operates good, this would be the best deal for a vehicle I have seen...

oh, i forgot, i had to pay extra for the trashbag... :}

it sat for 2 years and has a short or sumthin in the ignition. but, she started up after 2 cranks, and as far as i can tell a small oil leak is the only real problem other than just standard maintenance items (oil change, lube job, gear oil, etc.)

so, i'm guessing after a couple hundred $'s into it she'll be solid...at least that's the hope...

so...i looked at the horn, and found that it is disconnected, wires cut. then i found that just lifting the handle on the door causes the interior lights to start flashing...hmmm... so i say to myself "perahps there was an aftermarket alarm" and lo and behold, i found the cause for the blinking dash lights! it does have an alarm with an ignition cut-off!! the box was hidden under the dash. so, now all i gotta do is figure out how to disable the alarm or get a keyfob for it. it's a viper 600 alarm system, in case anyone knows how to reset or diable them.
