Title says it all. I have front wheel well liners installed in my 17 F-250. For the life of me I cannot remove them! I unscrewed three bolts and remove three pop rivets on each. They seem to be stuck on something and I don't want to break them trying to force them out. Any tips?
Are they the optional plastic ones or the standard felt covered ones? I know when I put the rear wheel well liners in it was a combination of a 'friction fit' and then a couple screws and a pop in plastic peg to mostly keep them from moving around.
I know on the felt ones, there are a few things that are secured on the liner with those pop in plastic plugs that hold wiring and the such...
Should have mentioned, I have an XLT, and I know the Lariat and up trim levels have some other plastic parts to keep dirt, mud etc... out of the front bumper.
I have the OEM liners on the front of mine. There is for sure more then 3 bolts that hold them in. Theres small hex head bolt/screws that are 6 or 7mm along the edges of the wheel openings. Cant remember the size exactly off the top of my head. Then theres bigger bolts in the middle of the liners. And pretty sure some clips on the inner bottom edges. Kind of have to finagle them out once all the screws and bolts are out.
