Nothing shows up on my screen so looking to upgrade and was wondering if anyone has put a radio from Ford with navigation in their Gen 2 sport trac? If that isn't an option after market will.

 

Unless you REALLY want a stock look, I'd suggest not even trying to install everything needed for a Ford system with nav (GPS antenna, etc.) and just go for the more reasonably priced and feature laden aftermarket unit.
