Hi my name is Leim, i was left my uncles 1981 F150 when he passed away, He bought the truck brand new in 81, truck was parked in 87 until it was pulled out for the first time since 87 this past october. I am just starting the process of building the truck into being my own, I know there is guys out there that say do not change it at all leave it factory, well they are right, so everything i take off or change will be kept in storage that includes the factory rims with the factory tires on the rims, everything will be kept so that everything can be put back to exact factory if needed or wanted, this truck has 46,000 orignal KMS on it, it hurts to change the look of the truck but factory look is always the way my uncle wanted the truck, I need to make it my truck with the option to put it back at anytime,

So the help i need is I have finally found a set of rims i have been looking for over the last 5 or 6 years , I wanted to put them on my 1990 regular cab long box 4x4 but now that i am thee owner of the 81 I want to get them and put them on the 81, Is there by chance anyone close to Rochester that could pick them up , package them how ever it needs to be done and drop them off at the shippers after we figure out that you could help me, I can send payment for the rims and I can set up shipping if you could help me out , tell me where you are so i can set up shipping,
This would be a great help as I am in canada no where near Rochester to be able to pick up the rims that I have been looking for everyday for the last 6 years, Please let me know if you could be of help to me I am willing to pay your gas or whatever if need be,
Thank you for your time , and Thank you so very much for your assistance if you are able to help me with this huge hurdle I have between me and the rims I have been hunting down for so long, haveing the rims on the truck would be the first step to transforming the F150 into my truck until it is left to one of my kids to be the third owner of a truck that has been in the family since it was ordered, the cool part , my uncle actually ordered this truck waited for it to be built in Windsor Ont, so it has been in the family since it was only a piece of paper on the desk of a salesmen in 1980 as the truck was built and delivered to the dealership in Dec of 1980.
