So this is all subjective to region, driving record, VIN selected and a $500 deductible, etc but, an XLT with the 2.3L and 4x2 would run me about $93.00 per month to insure depending on specific VIN. We / I have an excellent driving record(s) and we bundle with State Farm.
In 2011 my truck was $100 per month so not too bad.

You seem to be old enough, try The Hartford through AARP.
I pay $418 PER YEAR for My 2017 Expedition KR.
My 2017 Titan XD is $551/year.
Geez. I only pay $750/yr for my 2018 Charger R/T.
Texas insurance rates are not cheap because the government in Austin is run by Big Business and all the hail storms we get.

Currently I'm paying under $600 per six months for the 2011 truck and the 2004 Expy. Full coverage on both with a $250 deductible. Jumping it to $500 saves me exactly $1.00 per six months.

OK. You said $100/month for the 2011 truck alone.

Just don't buy any new car in MI and expect to get away without a full bend over exploration of your wallet. MI rate rapes it's residents on insurance, plate fees, reg fees....Stay away from MI....This State is Out of Control...
And never buy an RV....I bought a 1999 37' diesel motorhome with over 80k miles for $24k. I about passed out when the DMV agent told me my plate fee was over $700 annually. WUT???? Yes, plate fees in this great state are based on original MSRP. Well, my coach's MSRP was $164k!!!
Walked out of the DMV about $2300 light with tax and fees...Out of Control...
