OK I see it's a medium to heavy medium 5 or 6 sp OD all sync trans. But at 360 lbs that is a heavy sucker!
I also see can be hard to come by back in 08 so finding one now might be even harder?
It also has a 2" input shaft so the pilot bearing has to be big could you find one to fit your motor?
Then you have a single or duel clutch disc and what to use for a pressure plate?

A medium duty transmission will fit, just need all the parts from a 385 series medium duty truck. The real question is why? You can't speed shift them and if you think the ZF5 is expensive to rebuild wait until you are paying Eaton prices.
