Decode tag on rear end

Hello,

I was hoping somone could help me decode what this tag on one of the bolts on the rear end means.

DM-AE2 6MA
3 50 9 379A

( I am pretty sure that is a 3 at the start of the 2nd row of numbers)

I believe its a Ford 9" rear end. I do have a picture of it in my user gallery.

It's a ford 9" with 3.50:1 gears, open differential.

There is a metal tag that is attached to one of the bolts holding the rear end together. Which is located on the passenger side.
