Question on floor and cab corner replacement

I have my floor completely removed and need some help on if I should replace the cab corners first or the floor.

if cab corners go in first how do I ensure they are at the proper location?

I am not a body guy. I have watched lots of videos and TV shows. Maybe it's just me but the astronomical probability of twist is high right now. Before the floor was cut out there should have been cross bracing welded in to prevent twist.

It does not matter now......BUT you will need accurate measurements from an unmolested cab to repair yours. At this point it may be more efficient to part out your cab as repair panels and look for a replacement cab. Good cabs are out there, but expensive - around a grand in the humid rust prone environs I inhabit - maybe better in your local. It is going to be very difficult to get that cab to align correctly, but you may be very talented and have no problem - I’m quite sure I would have a negligible chance of getting everything to align correctly.

Wow!!!! Beyond my comprehension. The time and effort to fix your cab would be better spent on a better donor cab. Not sure where you are located but there are good parts trucks out west that won't brake the bank.

Wow, how close are you to North Carolina, I have a complete cab in pretty good shape, just resting on a chassis.

I'll say it too- WOW! Do it your way though. I applaud your taking on something rough to save it.
Are you replacing the floor with a 1 piece (pre-assembled) panel or are you piecing it all together yourself?
I'd say that puzzling it together would be a better fit since you could use your door shells to locate your rockers then your inner rockers, mid-cab floor brace, floor pans and so on. Personally, I'd worry about the outer cab corners until later. Get all the above situated first along with the inner cab corner then finish the outer. Good luck and keep posting your progress!

Do you have pieces you're using to replace the floor with or will you be making things up as you go along? I suppose another question is how true to the original you want to stick. I'm sure you could slap something together that is usable, but aesthetically pleasing is another story.

Are you putting a floor on the cab or a cab on the floor, and I thought a couple tubs was enough

Not sure what you have that was removed but your photo shows you need the floor, front cab mounts, center cab support, rear support, lower a pillars, lower b pillar, sills, cab corners. If you are actually going to fix this cab I'd start with getting the sills installed making sure your door gaps are good all around. Then the floor. Then the cab mounts and center and rear supports making sure all of the cab mounts line up with the frame. Cab corners would be last. I would also only tack things in place until everything is back together, doors on, sitting on the frame to verify everything is where it needs to be. Good luck and post lots of pictures.

if the b pillars are the rear do you know where I can get them for a 63 f100.

I have the front pillars and a complete floor with all the mounts and supports and door sills all in a one piece floor.

but I would appreciate a source for b pillars if anyone monies of one otherwise it’s fabrication time.

Cut your losses and take John up on his offer.
Or if you want the doors to open and close and the windshield to fit build a frame table and commit to a long and difficult job.

You could try Flashback F100s. Maybe he has a cab he could cut out what you need.
