Trouble with aftermarket is, when I have my OEM bumper rechromed, some aftermarket parts don't fit as well. An alternative would be to have the valence painted with truck bed liner.
The rear bumper top pad running the full length of the bumper and the covering below the license plate both called step pads, were and are avail in black. And regardless of the late release park assist in 2001, you being a Limited, versus the XLT, the rear bumpers should be the same.
As Mike mentioned that lower bumper half valance was only avail in the Arizona Beige, or Platinum, and the valance under the bumper was avail in black. The black running boards/covers are fairly extinct, and a junkyard item at this point.
