Small world indeed! I've just moved to your neck of the woods!! Right now I'm living in Shenandoah and building a house in Stanley.
I bought my tailgate from Haines City Ford back in the early to mid 90's. I've also got new doors, fenders and grill shell along with the hood and a whole bunch of other stuff. One of these days I'm actually going to finish the Pumpkin

I'm familiar with Shenandoah & Stanley both, love eating at Mama Mia's, but the Shenandoah Valley runs to the James River … Buchanan where you exit the valley. I'm below Staunton. I'll watch for the Pumpkin next time I'm up that way.
