Yepper there is Clic on the member Name... then view Profile... then under the user list dropdown at the bottom is "Add Luser to Ignore List" 
I don't know how well it works.. but I had to use it today for the first time... so sad to have to do that but I got tired of the Troll.
EDIT: you can probaly do it from your user CP and type the Luser name in also
Under your User CP look for the item that says "Edit Ignore List"

The folks that know about this kind of thing don't often frequent the "Site Announcements" forum. You should probably post the same question over in the "1967 - 1972 F-100 & Larger F-Series Trucks" forum instead of the "Site Announcements" forum.

I hope im not that looser or the luser either. But probly am. This sight should come with a guide, or sight map, or an evening class.. the couple times ive posted successfullywere luck i think.. now all i get are notifications that it was removed .. or moved... sometimes both not even in that order. The members here are top rate, knowledgeable, generally cooperate to provide an answer. But, i dont ask anymore. If its not already covered, i look elsewhere..

The problem with the "ignore" feature is if someone quotes the person in question, you will still see it.
